Meet Me
I Simona, a Clinical Psychologist with an extensive nursing background and specialist expertise in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Eating Disorders, including CBT-E. I am also trained in Schema Therapy, allowing me to support both current symptoms and the deeper emotional patterns that may maintain distress.
My approach integrates medical, psychological and relational perspectives, helping clients work towards meaningful and sustainable change at a pace that feels safe.
